The Business development manager is responsible for the growth of the business and its profitability by acquisition of new customers and identification of new business opportunities
This position is part of the Sales organization and cooperate closely with other domains such as Marketing, Engineering and Product management.

🚀 How will you make a difference?
- This position is responsible for driving business development activities across the product portfolio, with a specific focus on OEMs and traction manufacturers.
- The primary objective of this role is to significantly expand customer base and increase market penetration, revenue and market share of defined products.
- Identification new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships and strategic partnerships, and developing tailored key value propositions that align with the evolving needs of railway (and potentially non-railway) business.
- To contribute on the strategic plan for the product group
✅ What do we need to know about you?
- Degree or diploma in Engineering or Business field (Mechanical/Electrical background)
- Minimum 2 years experience in Sales or Business development
- Proactive, results-oriented professional with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Structured, goal-oriented approach
- Fluent English (spoken and written), Czech language very welcomed
- Willingness to travel often internationally (70%)
